1. Introduction

Welcome to The Kaleidoscope Classic digital app ("App"), operated by Mindwork Games LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in India (GST# 19ABXFM8312M1ZC) with our registered office at 14/2A Burdwan Road, Alipore Kolkata 700027.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
 

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1. Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

• If you are under 18, you must not use the App or provide any personal information.
   

2.2. Account Registration

• You must register an account using a valid email address.

• Required information includes your name, username, email, and password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Multiple accounts per user are prohibited.
   

3. User Conduct
 

3.1. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game mechanics

• Sharing puzzle solutions on public platforms

• Using automated methods to solve puzzles

• Creating multiple accounts

• Selling or transferring accounts

• Using the App for commercial purposes

• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer the App
   

3.2. Consequences of Violations

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• Disputed leaderboard scores may result in account suspension

• We reserve the right to remove any content or scores
   

4. App Functionality
 

4.1. Internet Requirement

• A continuous internet connection is required to use the App

• Offline play is not supported
   

4.2. Updates and Maintenance

• App updates are delivered through pop-up notifications

• You may be required to update the App to continue playing

• We may perform maintenance at any time
   

4.3. Data Synchronization

• Your progress is stored and synced with our servers

• Progress is retained when reinstalling the App
   

5. Advertising
 

5.1. Ad Display

• The App contains mandatory advertisements

• Ads cannot be opted out of

• Personalized ads are used based on your data

• Ad frequency may be limited to one per minute
   

5.2. Third-Party Content

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob

• We are not responsible for third-party ad content

• Clicking on ads will take you outside the App
   

6. Privacy and Data

6.1. Data Storage

• User data is stored in India/USA

• Data is retained until account deletion

• Account data is permanently deleted 2 weeks after account deletion

• No backup data is maintained after this period
   

6.2. Data Sharing

• We do not share your personal data with third parties

• Anonymous analytics data may be collected

• Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob
   

7. Intellectual Property
 

7.1. Ownership

• The Kaleidoscope Classic logo is a registered trademark

• All content in the App is our proprietary property

• We retain rights to all user-generated content
   

7.2. License

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App

• This license can be revoked at any time

• You may not copy or modify the App

 

8. Support and Communication

 

8.1. Customer Support

• Support is available via email at puzzled@mindworkgames.in

• Support is provided in English only

• Response time may take up to 1 week

• Support hours are [insert business hours]
   

9. Account Deletion

9.1. Deletion Process

• You can request account deletion through the App

• Account deletion removes all user data

• Leaderboard entries are removed

• Deletion is permanent after initiation.
   

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall be limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100 USD)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
